Who am I?

Hi, I’m Whit!

I’ve been a trainer and wellness coach for over a decade, helping hundreds of individuals build strength, confidence, and sustainable habits. As a bodybuilding competitor in the NPC and a WBFF Pro, I’ve spent years studying the physical and mental discipline required for true personal transformation.

Like many, my journey began with a search for a better balance. I spent years navigating the challenges of high-level training, daily stress, and the demands of a busy lifestyle. There was a time when I felt my energy and focus weren't where I wanted them to be, which pushed me to become more intentional about my personal wellness and recovery.

Through dedicated education and practical experience, I developed a structured approach to movement, nutrition, and mindset. By prioritising consistency and supportive routines, I began to see meaningful improvements in my daily resilience and overall strength.

This process shifted my entire perspective. I realised that sustainable progress isn't about quick fixes; it’s about the small, daily choices that support long-term physical and mental wellbeing. That insight is what inspired me to help others navigate their own fitness journeys with more clarity.

Today, I share the systems and routines that have helped me and my clients build more vibrant, active lifestyles. My program provides the structure and community for those who want a grounded, effective approach to fitness and self-care.
